Parker Mercer & Durnian are an independant Estate Agent, who have been trading for five years and now operate established offices in the South Warwickshire market towns of Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, and Shipston on Stour.

The partners Stephen Parker, Jan Mercer and Lyndy Teague-Durnian are committed to offering a vibrant and enthusiastic alternative to the traditional estate agency backed by a collective estate agency experience of 90 years and unrivaled local knowledge.

Also on the 2nd January 2008, a stand alone department was launched with the sole responsibility of selling property at the top end of the market. Parker Mercer & Durnian have earnt an enviable reputation in the marketing of distinctive homes and are therefore perfectly placed to offer bespoke marketing strategies tailored for the more select home. The new Platinum Division will enable the partners to offer that service and they would welcome the opportunity to talk to any prospective vendors.

Our philosophy is simple: we offer properties from £100,000 to well over £1 million and yet endeavour to provide the same levels of professionalism, enthusiasm and service regardless of selling price or fee.
